Morphological features of autophagy in CTet-treated MDA-MB-231 cells. Autophagy induction in MDA-MB-231 cells following exposure to CTet was detected by recruitment of LC3b protein to autophagosomes (a) and fusion between autophagosomes and lysosomes in terms of co-localization of LC3b and the lysosome marker LAMP2a (b).
