Target genes of Pokemon in MCF-7 cells. cDNA microarray analysis was performed as described in Materials and methods. Data from three independent replicates were combined, and any spot with at least a 2.0-fold increase or decrease compared to vector control was considered a significant change. Signaling pathways were classified by using Molecule Annotation System (MAS) 2.0 software (CapitalBio, Beijing,China ).
