From: Tamoxifen enhances the cytotoxic effects of nelfinavir in breast cancer cells
Treatment of breast cancer cells with nelfinavir activates pleiotropic pathways. The indicated four breast cancer cell lines were incubated with or without 15 μg/ml nelfinavir (NFV) for 48 hours and were analysed by Western blots for the expression and modification of cell survival-related proteins and pathways.
