Western blot detection of 30 kDa, 25 kDA and 40 kDa SRAP in breast tumor tissues. Protein extracts from MCF-7 cells, Hela cells, breast tumors (1 to 9, red numbers) and normal (1 to 6 blue numbers) breast tissues were examined by western blot and visualized with 743A anti-steroid receptor RNA activator protein (SRAP) antibody (upper panel) as described in the Materials and Methods. The same extracts were analyzed with 743A anti-SRAP antibody pre-absorbed with an excess of blocking peptide (middle panel) or with an antibody targeting β-actin (lower panel).
