Mammary extracellular matrix (ECM) proteolysis is reduced with tamoxifen treatment. (c) Matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) 2 activity detected by zymography, with total MMP-2 levels and active MMP-2 levels quantified by scanning densitometry (*p = 0.005 and *p < 0.0001, respectively).
