(b) Top five pathways from the Ingenuity Pathways Analysis library of canonical pathways that were most significant to our data set. For each canonical pathway, hypomethylated (yellow) and hypermethylated (blue) genes are shown (for example 15 and 37), as is the total number of genes in that pathway (for example 193). The top axis represents the percentage of genes per pathway, and the bottom axis the significance (red data points).
