Five-year disease-free survival (DFS) in African-American and Latina women with ER/PR- and HER2+ and basal-like (ER/PR-HER2-) subtypes of breast cancer versus different levels of pAkt. Kaplan-Meier survival curves were used to compare the 5-year DFS between patients with high pAkt (fuchsia) and low pAkt (green) and with ER/PR- and HER2+ tumor (a) and basal-like (ER/PR-/HER2-) tumor (b). The differences between the curves were estimated by log-rank test, and a p value of less than or equal to 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
