Five-year disease-free survival (DFS) in African-American and Latina women with luminal A and luminal B subtypes of breast cancer versus different levels of pAkt. Kaplan-Meier survival curves were used to compare the 5-year DFS between patients with high pAkt (fuchsia) and low pAkt (green) and with luminal A type of tumor (a) and luminal B type of tumor (b). The differences between the curves were estimated by log-rank test, and a p value of less than or equal to 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
