Autocrine WNT signaling in breast cancer cell lines. (a) Lysates from the indicated human breast cancer cell lines were analyzed by SDS-PAGE followed by immunoblotting for Dishevelled 1 (DVL1), DVL2, and DVL3 (the upper band indicates the phosphorylated form of each), active β-catenin, total β-catenin, and α-Tubulin as a loading control. (b) Lysates from T47D/Wnt1 cells and vector control were analyzed by SDS-PAGE/immunoblotting for active β-catenin, total β-catenin, and α-Tubulin.
