Change in serum concentrations of PINP from baseline to week 24 in the evaluable population. The median percentage change (95% CI) from baseline was consistently positive only for exemestane (24%; 95% CI, 11–30%). The overall differences between the four groups were not statistically significant (P = 0.147 using the Kruskall–Wallis test).
