Overexpression of IGF-1R results in enhanced resistance to gefitinib antiproliferation activity. Outlined peak is normal mouse IgG1 isotype. Counts indicate number of events. (b) Effect of a 72-hour treatment with gefitinib alone on the proliferation of SK-BR-3 and SK-BR-3-IR cells. Triplicates were used for each dose.
