  1. Peripheric blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were cultured with granulocyte–macrophage colony-stimulating factor and IL-4. Data presented are the dendritic cell (DC) yield after 7 days: number of CD11c+Lin- cells/number of PBMCs at day 0. DCs were prepared from blood of healthy donors, patients with colorectal cancer, or patients with breast cancer. *P < 0.01 versus donors.
